Alliance Holdings GP, L.P. Reports Quarterly Financial Results; Declares Quarterly Distribution of $0.55 Per Unit
April 26, 2016 7:00 AM EDTTULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Alliance Holdings GP, L.P. (NASDAQ: AHGP) today announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner (the "Board") approved a distribution to unitholders for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 (the "2016 Quarter") of $0.55 per unit, or an annualized rate of $2.20 per unit compared to a quarterly cash distribution of $0.9375 per unit for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 (the "2015 Quarter") and $0.96 per unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. The current declared distribution is payable on May 20, 2016 to AHGPs unitholders of record as of the close of trading on May 13, 2016.
