HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Halliburton (NYSE: HAL) announced today that, due to the upcoming April 30, 2016, deadline in its merger agreement with Baker Hughes, the conference call scheduled for Monday, April 25, 2016, to discuss the first quarter 2016 financial results is postponed until Tuesday, May 3, 2016.
