SecureWorks Prices Initial Public Offering
April 21, 2016 11:52 PM EDTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SecureWorks Corp. (NASDAQ: SCWX), today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share. In addition, SecureWorks has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of Class A common stock. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on April 22, 2016 under the symbol "SCWX.
