PPG Directors Approve 11-Percent Dividend Increase to 40 Cents Per Share

PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The board of directors of PPG (NYSE: PPG) today approved a 4-cents-per-share increase in the companys dividend, declaring a regular quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share, payable June 10 to shareholders of record May 10. PPGs last quarterly dividend increase was 7 percent, in the second quarter of 2015.
