IBM (IBM) Still In Transition - Wells Fargo
April 19, 2016 8:28 AM EDTWells Fargo analyst, Maynard Um, believes IBM (NYSE: IBM) is making all the right moves to transform itself and build a strong foundation but like most large legacy companies, the 2016 story is still that of further pressures in its legacy businesses while balancing restructuring against strategic investments
The analyst expects IBM to announce a dividend increase on April 26 which could be a modest catalyst but the stock is likely to remain range bound until fundamentals improve.
