On March 31, 2016, Willis Towers Watson Public Limited Company (the Company and, together with its subsidiaries, Willis Towers Watson) and a number of its subsidiaries entered into a settlement in principle, as reflected in a Settlement Term Sheet, relating to litigation involving Stanford Financial Group described in the Companys most recent Form 10-K (the Settlement).
