TerraForm Power, Inc. (Nasdaq: TERP) announced that Brian Wuebbels has resigned as president and chief executive officer and as a member of the Companys board of directors, effective immediately.
The board has formed an office of the chairman to lead TerraForm Power on an interim basis.
