Sears Hometown And Outlet Stores, Inc. Reports Preliminary Fourth Quarter And Full 2015 Fiscal Year Results And Announces Annual Meeting Date
March 24, 2016 6:00 AM EDTHOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., March 24, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. ("SHO") (NASDAQ: SHOS) today reported preliminary, unaudited results for its fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended January 30, 2016. SHO also announced the date it intends to hold its 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, the record date for determining stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting, and the date it intends to begin mailing its proxy statement and related materials for the Annual Meeting.
