Information Services Group Announces Commencement Of Dutch Auction Tender Offer For Up To $12 Million Of Its Common Stock
March 9, 2016 4:56 PM ESTSTAMFORD, Conn., March 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â Information Services Group, Inc. (ISG) (NASDAQ: III), a leading technology insights, market intelligence and advisory services company, today announced that it will commence on March 10, 2016 a modified "Dutch auction" tender offer to purchase up to $12 million of its common stock, par value of $0.001 per share ("Common Stock") at a price not greater than $4.00 nor less than $3.30 per share. The Company intends to pay for the share repurchases from its existing cash balances and through the revolver on its credit facility.
