Avis Budget Group Reports Fourth Quarter and Record Full-Year 2015 Results
February 23, 2016 4:15 PM ESTRevenue increased 1% in the fourth quarter to $1.9 billion and grew 5% in constant currency.Adjusted EBITDA declined 1% to $128 million and grew 5% in constant currency.Adjusted diluted earnings per share were $0.18, and GAAP diluted loss per share was $0.06.Full-year adjusted diluted earnings per share increased 7% to $3.17, and GAAP diluted earnings per share were $2.98.Company repurchased $394 million of outstanding shares in 2015.
