February 17, 2016 9:05 PM ESTOKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Devon Energy Corporation (NYSE: DVN) ("Devon" or the "Company") announced today that it has priced an upsized public offering of 69,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $18.75 per share. Net proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, including bolstering the Companys liquidity position, reducing indebtedness and funding the Companys capital program. February 17, 2016 4:08 PM ESTOKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Devon Energy Corporation (NYSE: DVN) ("Devon" or the "Company") announced today that it intends to commence a registered public offering of 55,000,000 shares of its common stock, subject to market conditions. The Company also expects to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to 8,250,000 additional shares of stock at the underwriters election. Net proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, including bolstering the Companys liquidity position, reducing indebtedness and funding the Companys capital program.
