Bloomin' Brands Announces 2015 Fourth Quarter Adjusted Diluted EPS of $0.30 and Diluted EPS of $0.14; Approves $250 Million Share Repurchase Program; Provides 2016 Guidance Including Adjusted Diluted

(Nasdaq: BLMN) today reported results for the fourth quarter ("Q4 2015") and fiscal year ended December 27, 2015 ("Fiscal Year 2015") compared to the fourth quarter ("Q4 2014") and fiscal year ended December 28, 2014 ("Fiscal Year 2014").
Key highlights for Q4 2015 include the following:
