Group 1 Automotive (GPI) Misses Q4 EPS by 27c; Lifts Buyback Plan to $150M
February 11, 2016 7:12 AM ESTGroup 1 Automotive (NYSE: GPI) reported Q4 EPS of $1.51, $0.27 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.78. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.67 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.67 billion.
New vehicle revenues increased 3.2 percent on 3.0 percent higher unit sales. New vehicle gross profit decreased 3.7 percent, to $80.1 million, as margins decreased 6.6 percent or $130 per unit, to $1,843.Retail used vehicle revenues increased 11.0 percent... More
