AveXis Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
February 10, 2016 9:33 PM ESTCHICAGO, Feb. 10, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AveXis, Inc. (Nasdaq: AVXS), a clinical stage gene therapy company developing treatments for patients suffering from rare and life-threatening neurological genetic diseases, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,750,000 shares of common stock at an initial public offering price of $20.00 per share, before underwriting discounts. In addition, AveXis has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 712,500 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
