Incyte (INCY): Tumor Removal Drives Estimate Cut - UBS
February 12, 2016 8:57 AM ESTUBS analyst, Matthew Roden, looked through a good quarter for Incyte (NASDAQ: INCY) to the importance of pipeline growth. He adjusted his model to remove the contribution of Jakafi in solid tumors which led him to cut his PT to $88 from $110. No change to the Buy rating though as the new PT implies 35% upside.

Incyte (INCY) to Halt Ruxolitinib + Capecitabine Phase 3 in Advanced or Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer
February 11, 2016 6:46 AM ESTIncyte Corporation (Nasdaq: INCY) announced its decision to discontinue the Phase 3 study (JANUS 1) of ruxolitinib or placebo in combination with capecitabine for the second-line treatment of patients with advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer. The decision to stop the study was made after a planned interim analysis of JANUS 1 demonstrated that ruxolitinib plus capecitabine did not show a sufficient level of efficacy to warrant continuation.
