Oceaneering Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2015 Results
February 10, 2016 5:03 PM ESTHOUSTON, Feb. 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Oceaneering International, Inc. ("Oceaneering" or "the Company") (NYSE: OII) today reported net income of $27.5 million, or $0.28 per share, on revenue of $722 million for the three months ended December 31, 2015. Adjusted net income was $57.4 million, or $0.58 per share, excluding the $45.9 million pre-tax impact of asset write-downs, provisions for certain reserves, restructuring expenses and foreign currency losses recognized during the quarter. During the fourth quarter of 2014, Oceaneering reported net income of $102 million, or $0.99 per share, on revenue of $919 million.Â
