February 10, 2016 8:29 AM ESTWedbush analyst, James Dix, thinks investor frustration is growing at Viacom (NASDAQ: VIAB) as he cuts his estimates on lower affiliate fee growth. The PT drops to $43 from $58 and Neutral rating remains.
The Viacom outlook was pressured by lower affiliate fee growth, primarily for adjusting VIAB networks to lower rate card in connection with AT&T-DirecTV merger. February 9, 2016 6:56 AM ESTViacom (NASDAQ: VIAB) reported Q1 EPS of $1.18, in-line with the analyst estimate of $1.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.15 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.26 billion.
