Meritor Reports First-Quarter Fiscal Year 2016 Results

First-Quarter Highlights
Sales were $809 million, down $70 million, or approximately 8 percent, from the same period last year. Net income attributable to Meritor from continuing operations on a GAAP basis was $28 million, or $0.30 per diluted share, compared to $32 million, or $0.32 per diluted share, in the same period last year.
