Editas Medicine (EDIT) IPO Opens Flat
February 3, 2016 11:03 AM ESTToday's IPO for Editas Medicine (NASDAQ: EDIT) opened for trading at $16.10 after pricing 5,900,000 shares at $16 per share, the low end of the expected $16-$18 range.
The offering was led by Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Cowen and JMP Securities.
