(NYSE: XRX) under review for downgrade following Xerox's announcement of its plan to divide into two separate, publicly traded companies, comprised of its Document Technology ("DT") and Business Process Outsourcing ("BPO") businesses. Xerox Corp. (NYSE: XRX) is planning to split into a hardware and services company, according to Down Jones sources. An announcement could come Friday morning.
The report also said Carl Icahn will get three board seats at the services company.
