First Citizens Reports Earnings for Fourth Quarter 2015
January 27, 2016 12:30 PM ESTRALEIGH, N.C., Jan. 27, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First Citizens BancShares Inc. (BancShares) (Nasdaq: FCNCA) reports earnings for the quarter ended December 31, 2015, of $42.7 million, compared to $56.0 million for the third quarter of 2015, and $62.9 million for the corresponding period of 2014, according to Frank B. Holding, Jr., chairman of the board.
Per share income was $3.56 for the fourth quarter of 2015, $4.66 for the third quarter of 2015 and $5.24 for the same period a year ago.
