FCB Financial Holdings, Inc. Reports Record Fourth Quarter 2015 Financial Results
January 25, 2016 4:10 PM ESTWESTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- FCB Financial Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: FCB) (the "Company") today reported fourth quarter 2015 net income of $29.7 million, or $0.68 per share on a fully diluted basis, and record core net income of $22.5 million, or $0.52 per share on a fully diluted basis. Core net income rose 79% year-over-year and core net income per diluted share rose 73%. These resulted in a ROA of 166 basis points and a core ROA of 125 basis points, and continue to reflect improvements on a year-over-year basis.
