MB Financial, Inc. Reports Fourth Quarter 2015 Results
January 22, 2016 6:59 PM ESTCHICAGO, Jan. 22, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MB Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: MBFI), the holding company for MB Financial Bank, N.A., today announced 2015 fourth quarter net income available to common stockholders of $41.6 million, or $0.56 per diluted common share, compared to $38.3 million, or $0.51 per diluted common share, last quarter and $34.1 million, or $0.45 per diluted common share, in the fourth quarter a year ago. Annual net income available to common stockholders for 2015 was $150.9 million compared to $82.1 million for 2014. Diluted earnings per common share were $2.02 for 2015 compared to $1.31 for 2014.
