January 21, 2016 7:53 AM ESTPiper Jaffray analyst, Andrew Nowinski, took a critical view of FireEye, Inc (NASDAQ: FEYE) preannounced results and reduced his price target to $19 (from $27). FQ4(Dec) results are now expecting revenue to come in modestly below the mid-point of guidance. More importantly, management guided for organic billings growth of 20% in 2016, well below the Streets 28% estimate. However, the acquisition of iSIGHT will add ~$50M in billings to 2016, partially offsetting the guide down. The firm maintained a Neutral rating.

January 20, 2016 4:03 PM ESTFireEye, Inc. (NASDAQ: FEYE), the leader in stopping today's advanced cyber attacks, today announced preliminary results for the fourth quarter of 2015.
Fourth quarter total billings, total revenue and non-GAAP loss per share are expected to be within previously issued guidance ranges. Total fourth quarter revenue is expected to be in the range of $184 million to $185 million and total fourth quarter billings are expected to be within the range of $256 million to $257 million.
