BNY Mellon to Acquire Assets of Atherton Lane Advisers of Menlo Park, California
January 20, 2016 4:01 PM ESTNEW YORK and MENLO PARK, Calif., Jan. 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â BNY Mellon, a global leader in investment management and investment services, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Menlo Park, CA-based Atherton Lane Advisers, LLC, which has about $2.7 billion in assets under management. Atherton is one of the region's premier independent investment managers and serves about 700 high net worth clients.
