Wintrust Financial Corporation Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2015 Net Income
January 19, 2016 7:01 AM ESTROSEMONT, Ill., Jan. 19, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wintrust Financial Corporation (Wintrust or the Company) (Nasdaq: WTFC) announced net income of $35.5 million or $0.64 per diluted common share for the fourth quarter of 2015 compared to net income of $38.4 million or $0.69 per diluted common share for the third quarter of 2015 and $38.1 million or $0.75 per diluted common share for the fourth quarter of 2014. The Company recorded record net income of $156.7 million or $2.93 per diluted common share for the year ended 2015 compared to net income of $151.4 million or $2.98 per diluted common share for the year ended 2014.
