Acceleron Pharma Inc. (NASDAQ: XLRN) announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 3,750,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $40.00 per share for gross proceeds of $150 million. In connection with this offering, Acceleron has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 562,500 shares of common stock.
