CarMax Reports Third Quarter Results
December 18, 2015 6:50 AM ESTRICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CarMax, Inc. (NYSE: KMX) today reported results for the third quarter ended November 30, 2015.
Net sales and operating revenues increased 4.1% to $3.54 billion. Used unit sales in comparable stores declined 0.8%. Total used unit sales rose 3.2%. Total wholesale unit sales increased 3.4%. CarMax Auto Finance (CAF) income increased 2.9% to $92.3 million. Net earnings declined 1.4% to $128.2 million, while net earnings per diluted share rose 5.0% to $0.63.We had a... More
