NorthWestern (NWE) Submits Final Compliance Filing Related to Hydroelectric PPL Facilities Acquisition
December 10, 2015 11:51 AM ESTAs required by the November 2014 order approving the acquisition of the hydroelectric facilities from PPL Montana, NorthWestern Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (NYSE: NWE) has submitted its final compliance filing to the Montana Public Service Commission.
The primary purpose of the compliance filing is to adjust the hydro portion of electricity supply rates to remove operating costs related to the Kerr Dam facility that was conveyed to the CSKT in September, update the anticipated revenue credits for 2016 and to reflect the most recent level of actual property tax expense.
