December 7, 2015 12:13 PM ESTToday Land and Buildings Investment Management LLC issued the following comment on the announcement by New York REIT (NYSE: NYRT) that they would be delaying their Annual Meeting of stockholders until October 2016 in order to focus fully on their recently announced strategic review process:
