The Cooper Companies Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2015 Results
December 3, 2015 4:14 PM ESTPLEASANTON, Calif., Dec. 3, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Cooper Companies, Inc. (NYSE: COO) today announced financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and full year ended October 31, 2015.
Fourth quarter revenue decreased 3% year-over-year to $455.5 million. Fiscal 2015 revenue increased 5% to $1,797.1 million. Fourth quarter GAAP earnings per share (EPS) $0.75, up 12 cents or 19% from last year's fourth quarter. Fiscal 2015 GAAP EPS $4.14, down 25% from fiscal 2014. Fourth quarter non-GAAP EPS $2.00, up 5 cents or 3% from last year's fourth quarter. Fiscal 2015 non-GAAP EPS $7.44, up 2% from fiscal 2014.
