Henry Schein Announces $400 Million Increase To Share Repurchase Plan
December 1, 2015 7:00 AM ESTMELVILLE, N.Y., Dec. 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Henry Schein, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSIC), the world's largest provider of health care products and services to office-based dental, animal health and medical practitioners, announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $400 million of shares of the Company's common stock. This program is in addition to the $300 million repurchase program announced in December 2014, which as of today has approximately $25 million remaining authorized for future repurchases.
