Deutsche Bank reaffirmed its Buy rating on Splunk (NASDAQ: SPLK) with a price target of $80. Comments follow the company's strong Q3 print and news of the retirement of CEO Godfrey Sullivan. (NASDAQ: SPLK), provider of the leading software platform for real-time Operational Intelligence, today announced that Godfrey Sullivan, the Companys President and Chief Executive Officer, has informed the Board of Directors that he will retire as President and Chief Executive Officer effective today, Thursday, November 19, 2015.
