Splunk (SPLK) Buy Rating Reaffirmed at Deutsche Bank
November 20, 2015 9:19 AM ESTDeutsche Bank reaffirmed its Buy rating on Splunk (NASDAQ: SPLK) with a price target of $80. Comments follow the company's strong Q3 print and news of the retirement of CEO Godfrey Sullivan. Analyst Karl Keirstead said Sullivan's retirement is not indicative of any Splunk weakness and the new CEO Doug Merritt appears strong.

Splunk (NASDAQ: SPLK) reported Q3 EPS of $0.05, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $174.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $160.2 million.
