Merck (MRK) Animal Health Enters Agreement to Acquire Harrisvaccines
November 12, 2015 5:06 PM ESTMerck (NYSE: MRK) Animal Health (known as MSD Animal Health outside the United States and Canada) and Harrisvaccines, Inc., today announced the companies have entered into an agreement under which Merck Animal Health will acquire Harrisvaccines, a privately-held company that develops, manufactures and sells vaccines for food production and companion animals.
