Shell Midstream Partners (NYSE: SHLX) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests, at a public offering price of $32.54 per common unit. Shell Midstream Partners (NYSE: SHLX) announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests.
