Shell Midstream Partners (SHLX) Announces 8M Common Units Offering

Shell Midstream Partners (NYSE: SHLX) announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests. Shell Midstream Partners (NYSE: SHLX) reported Q3 EPS of $0.37, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $72.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $62.57 million.
