Summit Midstream Partners, LP Reports Third Quarter 2015 Financial Results
November 9, 2015 6:50 AM UTCTHE WOODLANDS, Texas, Nov. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: SMLP) announced today its financial and operating results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2015. SMLP reported third quarter 2015 adjusted EBITDA of $48.5 million and adjusted distributable cash flow of $34.7 million compared to $53.2 million and $38.0 million, respectively, for the third quarter of 2014. SMLP reported net income of $23.6 million for the third quarter of 2015 compared to $7.8 million for the third quarter of 2014.  Natural gas volume throughput averaged 1,390 million cubic feet per day ("MMcf/d") in the third quarter of 2015...
