Laredo Petroleum Announces 2015 Third-Quarter Financial and Operating Results
November 5, 2015 6:49 AM ESTTULSA, OK, Nov. 5, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Laredo Petroleum, Inc. (NYSE: LPI) ("Laredo" or "the Company") today announced its 2015 third-quarter results, reporting a net loss attributable to common stockholders of $847.8 million, or $4.01 per diluted share, which includes a pre-tax, non-cash full cost ceiling impairment charge of $906.4 million. Adjusted Net Income, a non-GAAP financial measure, for the third quarter of 2015 was $15.4 million, or $0.07 per diluted share. Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP financial measure, for the third quarter of 2015 was $119.8 million.
