Square (SQ) Sees 27M Common Stock IPO Pricing at $11 - $13/Share

Square (NYSE: SQ) set IPO at 27 million shares and sees a pricing range of $11 to $13 per share.
The company noted: "We have two classes of authorized common stock: the Class A common stock offered hereby and Class B common stock. The rights of the holders of Class A common stock and Class B common stock are identical, except with respect to voting and conversion rights.
