(NYSE: NHI) announced today its Normalized Funds From Operations (FFO), its Normalized Adjusted Funds From Operations (AFFO), its Normalized Funds Available for Distribution (FAD) and net income attributable to common stockholders for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2015.

November 4, 2015 4:15 PM ESTMURFREESBORO, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- National Health Investors (NYSE: NHI) announced today it has issued $50,000,000 of 8-year notes with a coupon of 3.99% and $50,000,000 of 10-year notes with a coupon of 4.33% to a private placement lender. The notes are unsecured and require quarterly payments of interest only until maturity. The proceeds from the notes were used to pay down borrowings on NHIs revolving credit facility.
