Olin Announces Third Quarter 2015 Earnings
November 2, 2015 7:48 PM ESTCLAYTON, Mo., Nov. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Olin Corporation (NYSE: OLN) announced today that its third quarter 2015 income from continuing operations was $5.9 million, or $0.08 per diluted share. The third quarter of 2014 income from continuing operations was $26.1 million, or $0.33 per diluted share. Sales in the third quarter of 2015 were $533.6 million compared to $593.6 million in the third quarter of 2014. Third quarter 2015 results included pretax acquisition-related financing and other costs of $22.2 million.
