Univar (UNVR) Acquires API Importer, Distributor Arrow Chemical
November 3, 2015 3:35 PM ESTUnivar (NYSE: UNVR) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Univar USA Inc. ("Univar USA"), has acquired all of the outstanding stock of Arrow Chemical, Inc. ("Arrow Chemical"), an importer and distributor of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and other specialty chemistries in the U.S. market.

Univar (UNVR) Misses Q3 EPS by 19c
November 3, 2015 7:13 AM ESTUnivar (NYSE: UNVR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.09, $0.19 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.21 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.29 billion.
