Skyworks Solutions (SWKS) on Watch as Microsemi Tops PMC-Sierra (PMCS) Bid
October 30, 2015 12:38 PM EDTSkyworks Solutions (NASDAQ: SWKS) is on watch as Microsemi (Nasdaq: MSCC) announced that it has increased its proposal to acquire PMC-Sierra, Inc (Nasdaq: PMCS) to about $11.88 per share in cash.
Skyworks had bid $11.60 per share for PMCS ahead of the opening bell Friday.
Shares of Skyworks are up 2.6 percent.
