Boston Properties (BXP) Tops Q3 FFO by 4c, Offers FY & Q4 Gudiance
October 29, 2015 5:25 PM EDTBoston Properties (NYSE: BXP) reported Q3 FFO of $1.41, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $1.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $629.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $610.77 million.
Boston Properties sees FY2015 FFO of $5.50-$5.70, versus the consensus of $5.41.
