BorgWarner Reports Third Quarter 2015 U.S. GAAP Net Earnings Of $0.70 Per Diluted Share, Or $0.73 Per Diluted Share Excluding Non-Comparable Items

Third Quarter Highlights:
U.S. GAAP net sales of $1,884 million, down 7% compared with third quarter 2014. Excluding the impact of foreign currencies, net sales were up 3% compared with third quarter 2014.
