Commercial Metals Company Reports Fourth Quarter Results And Full Year Earnings Per Share Of $1.20, Or $141.6 Million
October 28, 2015 6:45 AM EDTIRVING, Texas, Oct. 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) today announced financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and year ended August 31, 2015. For the year ended August 31, 2015, net earnings attributable to CMC were $141.6 million, or $1.20 per diluted share, on net sales of $6.0 billion. This compares to net earnings attributable to CMC of $115.6 million, or $0.97 per diluted share, on net sales of $6.8 billion for the year ended August 31, 2014.
