Ownes & Minor (OMI) Declares $0.2525 Quarterly Dividend; 2.9% Yield
October 27, 2015 5:23 PM EDTOwnes & Minor (NYSE: OMI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2525 per share, or $1.01 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on December 31, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 11, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.

October 27, 2015 5:22 PM EDTOwnes & Minor (NYSE: OMI) reported Q3 EPS of $0.54, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.47 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.49 billion.
Ownes & Minor sees FY2015 EPS of $1.85-$1.95, versus the consensus of $1.89.
