Bernstein's Sacconaghi Weighs in on IBM's (IBM) SEC Investigation
October 27, 2015 3:58 PM EDTBernstein analyst Toni Sacconaghi weighed in on IBM (NYSE: IBM) after the company revealed that the SEC is conducting an investigation "relating to revenue recognition with respect to the accounting treatment of certain transactions in the U.S., U.K. and Ireland."
Sacconaghi thinks the investigation is formal but notes this is not first time that the SEC has investigated IBM.
