Landstar System Reports Record Third Quarter Revenue Of $842 Million And Record Third Quarter Diluted Earnings Per Share Of $0.90
October 22, 2015 4:05 PM EDTJACKSONVILLE, Fla., Oct. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Landstar System, Inc. (NASDAQ: LSTR) reported record third quarter net income of $39.3 million, or $0.90 per diluted share, on record third quarter revenue of $842 million in the 2015 third quarter. Revenue and diluted earnings per share for the 2015 third quarter were the highest third quarter revenue and diluted earnings per share amounts in Landstar history. Landstar reported net income of $36.8 million, or $0.82 per diluted share, on revenue of $819 million in the 2014 third quarter.
